Registration for the 2023 SWAC Conference now open.

The Conference will once again be held at The Worthington Renaissance Hotel located at 200 Main Street in Fort Worth, Texas April 24^th – 26^th. 

Early Bird registration is closed.  Standard registration fee of $500 per attendee applies as of March 1, 2023.  Registration will close March 31^st.  Your Company must have paid its annual membership dues prior to registering for the conference.  

Registration will be online only with payment due at the time of registration.  Please login to the SWAC website (https://www.swaconline.net/).  Once you are logged in, choose the “Conference Registration” link under the Quick Links section of the website on the right side of the webpage.  From here you are able to register multiple employees and linked profiles from your company.  Once registration is submitted and payment is made a confirmation email will be sent to each registrant.

 A link to book your hotel will be included in your registration confirmation email.  The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel has a limited block of rooms reserved for the SWAC conference at a special rate of $220 USD per night.  Rooms must be booked by Friday March 31^st.

Conference Check-In will begin at 10am on April 24^th, with the first panel kicking off at 1pm.  The conference will conclude on April 26^th at 12pm.  The detailed Conference Agenda will be distributed prior to the Event.
